our story
Studio Go Go’s unique approach to rideable public entertainment is guided by Founder Director Brendan Walker, a world-leading expert in the art and science of creating thrilling experiences. Brendan has delivered keynotes at prestigious venues like Tate Modern, the Royal Institute, and IAAPA. His Discovery Channel show, Engineering Thrill, has been viewed by over a billion people worldwide. In his capacity as the world’s only thrill engineer, Brendan continues to consult on the design and marketing of rides and attractions for blue-chip clients such as Merlin Entertainment, Disneyland, and Royal Caribbean. He also provides experiential marketing services for clients like Nissan, Reckitt Benckiser, and Lionsgate.
Studio Go Go has a growing IP portfolio across patents, copyrights, trademarks, and design rights. The company’s strong R&D program builds on Brendan’s experience as a Principal Research Fellow in Interaction Design at the Royal College of Art and in Computer Science at the University of Nottingham, as well as his current role as Professor of Creative Industries at Middlesex University. Brendan met Thomas Morley, Studio Go Go’s CTO, at Frontier Developments, where Thomas was Senior Software Developer for their Cobra Games Engine.
